I'm creating this Agent Coordinator inspired in "Game Dev Story"

It also has a system to assign roles and responsibilities, a database for tasks, a secretary that tells u when you need to test something or have notifications, and many more things :D

It is like a Harness, that use OpenCode as middle step, but more click and play

An agent coordinator, like Game Dev story, still on beta

Hiii, This is what I’m building! It uses OpenCode to run and manage the agents.

The project has two interfaces:

  • A dashboard, which is the one shown in the video
  • A CLI

Both connect to the same core system. The core includes a simple database that allows agents to create and assign tasks to other agents.

For example, a project manager agent running GPT-5.6 could create tasks for a group of semi-senior developer agents running Kimi.

The agents can request new tasks through the CLI, as well as report problems, errors, and completed tasks.

It’s still very much a work in progress, but I plan to release it as open source as soon as I have a fully working version. :3

I’m genuinely excited about this project, and I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, or suggestions!

An Open-source project with paid aesthetic improvements, is that a bad thing?

Hi, I'm completely new to the open-source world, and I've been working on an application for a long time. It's a tool for developers that helps them coordinate their agents. I want the core application to be free, but I need money, so I thought about adding a nice aesthetic layer and making that upgrade a paid feature. I also want to keep the base of the app transparent, for trust and maybe to get some extra help. But yeah, I don’t know if it’s a bad thing to do it that way. I don’t want to look greedy, I just… also need money to eat, hehe
