Submitted another appeal and got this

First of all they are saying that I did somehow violate the rules without telling me what I did. Second of all, I have logged into my account and no such "on screen instructions" have come up. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any way to trigger the "onscreen instructions"?

Account suspended, reinstated, and then suspended again.

My account was recently suspended for "inauthentic behavior" (I don't post much I just like and RT art). I submitted an appeal and was reinstated in about 12 hours. But this morning I got suspended again for the same exact reason. When trying to submit an appeal, I was told that my case was already in the queue. So what am I supposed to do?
