Bonus payment does not match my Prolific balance
This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this on Prolific. I completed multiple submissions for a study that allowed repeated participation, and today I noticed that a $7.50 bonus was awarded on each approved submission.
After calculating all the bonuses together, the total comes to around $75. After conversion, this should roughly be about £56–£57, but my current Prolific balance only shows around £15.
All the studies are already approved, and there is no amount left in pending status. I also checked the bonus section carefully, which is why I’m confused about the missing amount.
I have already contacted Prolific support and shared screenshots with them, but I wanted to ask here as well — has anyone else experienced something similar with bonus payments or balance mismatches?
