Hi has anyone received WO or have been paid for Project O for June 1-15?

Hey everyone, hoping someone here has already dealt with this.

I already have a task sitting in my queue on Multimango, Diamond/Echo side, passed the ASR Long Transcript quiz and got added not long ago. Got the whole guidelines email, bracket rules, filler word conventions, all that, no issues there. But I haven't actually started the task yet because I can't figure out how hours are supposed to be logged, and I don't want to start clocking work with no way to track it properly.

On other annotation work I've done there's usually a built in timer, you start it, do the task, stop it, done, it's tracked automatically. Multimango doesn't seem to have anything like that in the tool itself. No clock, no start/stop button, nothing I can find anywhere on the dashboard.

From what I've read around, it sounds like there's supposed to be a separate daily time tracking form (a Google Form maybe) tied to your Navision ID, apart from the actual task tool. Is that still how it works or did they change it recently? If it's a Google Form, does anyone have the current link, or is it something only sent through your talent manager or posted in Workzone.

Also curious how you all keep track on your own end before submitting, since apparently once you submit you can't go back and see or edit it. I'd rather set up my own tracking system before I even start the task instead of scrambling to remember hours after the fact. Saw a few posts here about people getting shorted 8+ hours and having to fight to get it fixed, so I'd rather not walk into that blind.

Appreciate any pointers, especially if you're also on Echo/Diamond and know exactly where to find the form. Thanks in advance, want to get it right before I click start.

So much for getting paid the day before the holiday. So instead of being paid early now we won’t get paid until Monday? 🤬🤬

Just got payment submitted, I think it’ll still come next week Monday or Tuesday

There wasn't anything in the email about submitting time sheets but I don't see anything in parimango that keeps track of your hours? Do I need to submit my time somewhere?

Support we will with a generic boilerplate email stating they can't adjust records, that missing hours won't be compensated, and that further discrepancies will lead to "potential offboarding."

Wow I notice that a lot of ppl got hit with this if they made a mistake or something happen. These ppl truly dont care.

Hi guys, has this WO been issued out, usually receives my WOs on Wednesdays.

need help and clarifications I received 2 work orders already, but yesterday I received that my bank code was incorrect. I live outside US and I used my local bank account. I completely set-up my Tipalti account since June and received an email from rws.payment that I have to set-up my account. But, I did already it’s very confusing and I want to get paid.

I got invited and started working on project D last week and worked 4 days out of this work week. I've seen people say it can take longer for your first WO/pay to come in so I was wondering how much longer should it take for me to receive them.

Has anyone received a work order for 20th to 26th?
Project diamond and echo?

I Have not received work order of this date. Usually it would be much faster but this time it's taking a lot of time. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to RWS and recently received an invitation to Production for the Echo Project. I’ve already set up my account in the Multimango platform, but all I see is:

“Welcome! You’re signed in as: (my RWS email).”

Where can I find the tasks? Do I need to refresh the MultiMango website periodically, or will tasks appear automatically once they’re available?

I have recently matched with new task. When I open the link which I received in my mail, it directing me to home page of RWS work zone . I accepted terms and conditions and after few minutes, Under "Your Actions" section I'm unable to see any task except refresh button. Did anyone worked on this. Is there anything I should do. Please help.

I sent a zendesk ticket asking about when they think work orders and payments will start being sent out (for reference, i started on project 1.5 mid june.)
they got back to me today and said they already issued a work order for me last week and then one today, but i have no history of that in my tipalti and never got any emails saying payment submitted. is this normal? I used to get emails telling me of work orders in the past.

Currently using an MOR but their fees are very high but 0% cb rate and processing history available, preferably asia,Middle East based

Anyone else unable to log in to tipalti?
