Also what on earth is ptc?

During PTC saves, my input stops working, holding whatever input was active during the frame before the save. The save does not pause emulation, causing people to, for example, walk off stage on smash or drive in circles in MK8D. Is there any way to disable PTC autosaving, or alter it in such a fashion that this doesnt happen? Happens on both ver1.3.3.0 and ver1.3.277.0
