4M.5 2.0T AFTERMARKET OPTIONS

Not interested in starting a “3.0” is better conversation. Understood the 3.0 is more performance oriented and thus has a larger aftermarket presence.
What I am interested in is how the 2.0T in the Q7 differs from any other Audi 2.0T in say the A4, A6 or Q5.
Why is it that the APR ECU UPGRADE - 2.0T EA888 GEN 3 (LONGITUDINAL) which is for the below models does not apply to the Q7?
Or the 034 Dynamic+ options for the B9/9.5 Q5 2.0T?
What makes it different?
