On Milwaukee from Honore to Evergreen is the most foul sewage smell. Beware of gagging uncontrollably

Hey everyone- I’m at Hoyne & Schiller and have had 2 packages stolen in a week. I feel like they might be targeting Friday afternoons. Has anyone had any problems recently? Having building check security footage but it’s disappointing, been awhile since I’ve had issues like this.
