Hi.. I need some advice.. I was granted an L1B visa for 15 months and I need to present the I-129S form in the POE.
However, the counsulate officer wrote only a 3 month time frame on the validity dates of the I-129S from, ehich doesnt match the dates on my visa stamp
The legal firm told me at first to contact the embassy and request a correction, however I can't receive any response from the consulate
What would you recommend me to do?
