I'm currently a delivery driver and been working there for about 2 years I've currently had something happen at home where I will need to be there alot more in the evening time is there anything I can do to stop them from giving me evenings?

I am contracted to 16 hrs a week but I normally do around 4 days 24/28 a week can I tell them I only want to do a certain amount of overtime or days?
