Tips for healthy smoothies - is sugar a problem for you?

Hi,

occasionally I grab a smoothie from the store and sometimes if I'm motivated enough I even mix some at home. But as I don't drink them as frequently I just recently came to my mind that most of the ready-to-drink smoothies aren't quite healthy because of all the sugar in them and missing fibers, and almost none vitamins left in it. And if you don't know that probably the ones you're making at home aren't much healthier as you throw a bunch of fruit together. I do know now to add more vegetables, but how do you handle it? Any more tips or do you just drink it for fun, regardless of whether they have good nutrition, vitamins or not?
