Womens FA Cup

Halesowen Town Women Vs Kingfisher

23rd August

The Grove, Old Hawne Ln, Halesowen B63 3TB

We are trying to get as many people to the ground for this game to promote our women's team to try to convince the club that we should play all of our home games in the stadium.

Any questions please feel free to ask or any help or recommendations to get the stadium full is greatly appreciated

Womens FA Cup

The early rounds of the FA Cup are so important for teams, mainly from a financial point of view. Winning your first 2 games or even 1 for smaller clubs can set them up financially for the season.

As a women's team we are trying to establish ourselves within our club and change the mindset so we get a fair playing field.

We will get the chance to play at the clubs home ground for our FA Cup tie on the 23rd August. We only played in the ground once last year and we want to change that for the upcoming season.

If we can get a decent turnout on the 23rd to our FA Cup game we will have a stronger chance of persuading the club to let us play more games there.

If you're local or localish and want to help us out and enjoy a great game of football please pop down or reach out to me.

FA Cup

I posted on here last season about being a coach for a women's football team but the club doesn't let us play in the stadium as only the men use it. There is one exception to this rule, it's the FA Cup! Luckily we have been drawn at home so this is a great opportunity to show the club what they're missing out on.

I'm hoping to drive up a lot of interest and get as many people to the ground as possible.

23rd August!!
