Are calories burned when running really that high?
Hi all, just need a quick sense check
If my calculations are correct,
I (a person weighing 76 kg)
burn 850-900 calories
when running 12 km in one hour (12 km/h, 5:00/km pace)?
Is this right? This feels like an insanely high amount of calories burned for what is a really easy, sustainable run for me, that I could happily do every day? Is this correct? Is there a catch?
