Fatloss stack suggestions

For summer season , it's time to drop a few pounds.

From ND , i only have black ginger that aids fatloss.

Black ginger gives me mild energy and thermogenic effect .

Now DIM+ calcium d glucurate seems helps right now for tighter look , i tend have high estrogen. ( = bloated look from water retention).

What are you favorite ND products /stack for fatloss?

  1. Important they dont mess with sleep . I am on track recovering from terrible insomnia. ( also thanks to great ND products such smart ps and sleep support !)

  2. i am pretty stimulant tolerant. I can manage rauwolscine with no issues at the right dose ( max 3mg daily ). I try keep caffeine 200 mg daily , going max 400 mg.

  3. i do OMAD and intermittent 16/8.

  4. i do weekly 3 times full body heavy strength training and plenty cardio from lots of skateboarding.

  5. i probably have slow COMT. I need limit intake betaine and eggs = easily overmethylated.

Sorry bother you again with another sleep thread and melatonin .

Lately i am very confused about optimal timing of my sleep aids , since even tinkering and listening to my body... sleep still pretty random in quality ( falling asleep and also sleep duration).

-Target sleep time midnight to 1 am.

- when do you take melatonin ?

I hear people taking it right before bed , other studies suggest up to several hours before sleep.

I take it lately right before i want to sleep , but perceived effects seem pretty random ( from random nightamers , to falling asleep pretty quick or taking literally 1 hour).

Ecklonia cava seems very relaxing and helping a ton for overthinkin. Taking 1 cap around 10 or 11 pm .

ND sleep support right before sleep.

Not sure about ND Smart PS : seemed helped initially sleep up to 8 hours. Now taken late seems calm me down , but my brain is very calm but not tired to shut off for sleep. Maybe shift it to morning ( memory benefits though are very noticable).

Yes i know i should buy a sleep tracker , but i get physicially bothered wearing ring and watches . I have sleep lab appointment on 13 may .

After battling with insomnia due to different causes and factors over the last year ... a lot of hit and miss concernig aids ( supplements to meds).

Nd Sleep Support is a godsend lately and very surprised how well it works for me!

Insomnia details :

- frequent wake ups during the night , sometimes at 3 am or way earlier 4.30 or 5 am. Probably cortisol spikes at the wrong time

- anxiety and restless after 10 pm , which lately have been almost completely gone

2 caps around 30 minutes before sleep gives me very restful sleep and prolonged gradually my sleep until 7 am now.

I guess especially the cortisol blunting effect helps a lot.

No grogginess and surprisingly strong morning wood ( shilajit?).

A lot of calming herbs did lower or almost kill my libido ( especially magnesium l threonate ).

Sleep improvement is still there even with addition of dioscorea nipponica ( morning) and pretty stron pre workour for gym ( Gorilla Mode ) .

The second gamechanger for me was adding daily 350 ml coconut water after exercise or around 6 pm. The extra potassium helps a lot calm me down and keep BP low.

Still in personal evaluation:

- Smart PS to lower further night cortisol

- Ecklonia cava

I try experiment adding slowly 1 at a time , especially to monitor if any addition does lower motivation or sexdrive.

And of course basic such sleep hygiene is on point as possible ( besides stimulant which oddly actually help me build up sleep pressure and regulate my c.rythm somehow. My insomnia was way worse with 0 caffeine and stims).
