Rate my stack

Been fine tuning this stack for a while, have tried I would say 50% of NDs catalog at least and this is what I have settled on. Goal is general overall wellness, mental energy, libido support, and anxiety and sleep support.

AM:
•Black Ginger x2
•Hydroxo-Adeno B12 x1 (seeking health, methylated Bs don’t work for me)
•CoQH-CF x1
•Infinigreens x1

PM:
MicroZinc 16.8 mg x1
Supercritical Coriander 0.5 ML x1
Lucidimax x1 serving

Any feedback would be appreciated or if you feel anything in the stack is redundant/would potentially synergize better with the other supps

Dihydrohonokial timeline?

What is the timeline for dihydrohonokial, it has zero known tolerance and high gabaergic potency, an exceptionally rare combination that it shares to a lesser extent with honokial; the primary gabaergic ingredient in magnolia bark.

Honokial is also the only gabaergic I have ever taken that I simultaneously don't get tolerance from, and can tolerate, it's much more potent derivative is therefore plausibly my best bet at relaxation long term.

Please give us an update, thanks!

saffron vs polygala

Which of these two would you prefer in the morning vs. evening?

I have saffron and plan to introduce polygala for its nootropic effects. But I wonder, if there’s some redundancy between the two, would it be better to use polygala during the day and saffron in the evening, since there’s actually some data supporting its sleep benefits?

Anxiety/Panic Supps

General anxiety and feelings of panic. Doing all
the other stuff, exercise diet breathing etc.

Anyone noticed significant benefits from a supp that isn’t your general magnesium or theanine.

Thank you legends

Rhodiola rosea 3% salidroside?

I just went to buy more and noticed it’s out of stock. I hope this question hasn’t been asked recently or multiple times but any idea when it will be back in stock?

This is my favorite one of them all. Since I’ve been buying it I have never seen it out of stock so hoping it’s nothing major! Thanks ND for all you do.

Magnolia Bark mouthwash

Was wondering if there was ever an interest thats come from the consumers or within at ND that have looked into formulating a magnolia bark mouthwash.

Currently I just use a tablet and crush it up and mix with water and swish around for 5 minutes, but something that's already made specifically for that purpose might be even more effective.

Just curious if it has or hasn't come up or if its out of the scope of what ND is looking to do currently.

New haul ... What's with the bottles? 60cc white PETE?

I know there's a transition going on ...

I haven't seen 60cc white PETE bottles before. They're "glossy".

Previous 60 cc bottles were blue PETE or white HPDE.

Also worth noting, lids - towards the end of the blue bottle 150cc run, the ND branded child proof lids were actually working pretty well - prior, sometimes they were nearly impossible to use without swearing. The new child proof lids suck even on the white HDPE bottles!

Interviewing MYASD

Hello. I’m not sure what the best route would be to send this through, but I am a neuroscientist who was pretty heavily influenced by the work of MYASD early on in my adult life, around ~2014. I’ve gotten my PhD as of last Sept. and am now working as a postdoc. I have a small blog hosted thru Substack, but I would like to know if there would be any interest in jumping into a call to talk about nootropics, peptides, etc. — given how early MYASD was on all of this & how much cultural purchase it has, he’d be a great person to talk to. Cheers.

Disregarding the conventional “supplements” used proactively or reactively for stress, what is the best herb to toss in?

Is lemon balm the undisputed GOAT due to its “just good enough” effect, or is there another challenger?

Tribugen Alternatives for those with hair loss

So I've been taking Tribugen recently, it's been working better than anything else I've tried for energy and motivation and that includes Rhodiola Rosea whose effects are not that strong for me anymore. Unfortunately I learned that it increases DHT and I'm already loosing my hair and would prefer to not rush mother nature. Still the effects are great so was wondering what others have used here for general motivation / getting things done, and wanting to get things done kind of nootropics.

What in your opinion, is the most worth your money, bang for your buck supplement that ND carries?

I've been struggling with high blood pressure and stress lately, starting this new job recently isn't helping very much so I'm in the process of creating myself a stack for anxiety, stress and mood. I work at a convenience store so I deal with a ton of people everyday and some of them can be rude so my priority for my stack is some supplements to make my job a little easier and more manageable. I'm looking at lions mane, ashwagandha, infini b, magnesium, zinc and some others I can't think of stm but if you have any suggestions, please send them my way. Thanks!

Workout/blood flow stack (if you can call it that)

Hey wassup everybody…I’ve been on this sub for a min and been a customer of ND for a good min as well. I’m getting L Citrulline and L Arginine in soon to start taking them as my pre workout early in the morning…I currently take Tongat Ali 10% (just started taking that 2 weeks ago) and Black Ginger (been on that for a few months). I’m thinking about droppin the Black Ginger once the Citrulline and Arginine come in and just take Tongat, Citrulline, and Arginine for my pre to reset the Black Ginger feel. Any thoughts on that or if anybody else takes those for Pre workout? I also eat a regular Rice Krispie before my workout as well.

Also saw that Citrulline and Arginine help with erection quality as well. Facts?

Supplement recommendations for altitude sickness? Going into the mountains at high elevation next week

I live on the East Coast and I’m flying into Denver, then driving a couple of hours into the mountains the same day, where I’ll be staying at around 8,000 feet.

The last time I was in Denver, I felt pretty rough for the first day or two — headache, fatigue, generally feeling “off,” and some GI issues.

Since I’ll be going from essentially sea level to ~8,000 feet within a matter of hours, I’m wondering if there’s anything in the ND lineup (or supplements in general) that might help with acclimatization, headaches, fatigue, or other altitude-related symptoms.

I know canned oxygen is mostly a gimmick, and obviously supplements aren't a substitute for descending if someone develops serious altitude sickness. I'm more interested in anything that might make the initial adjustment easier or support acclimatization.

Has anyone experimented with supplements for this? Curious if things like Rhodiola, Cordyceps, CoQ10, antioxidants, nitric oxide support, etc. have any evidence or have noticeably helped you personally.

Thanks!

Cistamax + Eurycomax

Hey Guys

Just got blood results back from an comprehensive blood test which also showed medium-high Total Test (20.7nmol/l) but high SHBG (49) which results in not so ideal free testosterone.

I always wanted to do an experiment with bloodwork/supps, so i decided to jump the wagon and do a Cistamax + Eurycomax experiment and retest with all hormone parameters in 2-3 months.

Has anyone taken both together over a longer period? what to expect?
