Saffron @ 30mg makes you drowsy/sleepy?

I’m new in this sub but have been shopping with and for years now. Glad to have found this group. I have the old saffron not the new version. Are people reporting sleepiness with taking saffron and if so do you typically switch your doses in the evening to help with sleep instead?
