Leftover tissue

To start this off I know it’s not completely uncommon to have to get a revision if you had a bigger chest pre top surgery so this is not me shitting on my surgeon. However, I feel like I was left with almost cleavage? I’m a few months post surgery and I’m happy with the fact I no longer have boobs but I just feel like it looks like a breast reduction lol. I don’t feel like there’s enough space between my pecs at all. I plan to go back and see my surgeon to schedule a revision in the following months. Do you guys see what I’m seeing? Or am I being too critical. I’m 5’5 and was around 215-217 pounds when I got my surgery, I’m currently at 201 and still losing weight hoping to be at my goal by the end of the year. Is it realistic for me to hope for a more flat appearance? I can still grab ahold of my chest like I have an a cup. I really just don’t know if I’m being too harsh on myself, thoughts, options?

Too much fat?

I’m about a month and some change after my DI top surgery. I’m not the skinniest but I’m also not the biggest, I feel like there is ALOT of left over tissue especially when in comparison to some people I’ve seen about my size. Is this fixable with weight loss do we think? Or do I need a revision down the line? I’ve lost 60 pounds in the last few months since last year and my surgeon was aware that I was losing weight and still actively am and still left me with this tissue. Is this fixable with continuing exercising and cutting weight??

I just wanted to share my weight progress from December 2025 to now May 2026. With the help of a calorie deficit and exercising I’ve genuinely never felt better. I know there’s a lot of spam in this sub sometimes but this works I was stuck for years and I’m finally getting to my goal, hoping to be 180 by the end of the year!
