Applied SA again, little dots showed up and clipped it off, how do i know if its still warts or already flesh?

Is there any chance im clipping it off too early and i need to apply th SA for a little bit longer?

First two pictures is 2days after SA patch. The last pic is the 3rd day w/o SA
