If halo is a weapon, then how will it make believers gods?
In Halo CE, Cortana says: "If I'm analyzing this correctly...they believe that Halo is some kind of weapon. One with vast, unimaginable power"
And in Halo 2, the Covenant now believes that the ring will make them gods. So why do covenant call halo a weapon then?
