scoliosis and gym
i wanna start going to the gym but i worry that lifting heavy and some exercises might worsen my scoliosis curvature. any thoughts?
about my curve: it’s mild-moderate … u can’t really tell even in tight clothes unless i told you but it’s definitely there. i have a noticeable rib hump, scapula winging, a reverse s curve with more waist definition on one side than the other.
