First time in the area, anyone have suggestions?

I have one STR that I post on a platform called Trustr.com. I am looking at acquiring a few more properties, and to that end have been exploring Property Management software options. A few questions for the group - thanks in advance.

1. I'm a little confused by the options I see for CMs and PMs. It would seem like a robust PM platform would have all the features to manage distribution through multiple channels. Is there value in the channel manager itself.
2. How important is dynamic pricing (I'm not in a highly competitive market). And if you do use dynamic pricing, how frequently does it update.
