I don’t own these, but I’m considering purchasing them and was hoping to get some opinions. Do you think these are salvageable? Has anyone here had experience restoring vintage vinyl toys?
I actually like seeing signs of play and wear on older toys since it shows they had a life before ending up in a collection. That said, my main concern is the black marker around the groin areas and some of the darker staining/discoloration on the vinyl. I’m curious whether any of that can be safely reduced or removed without damaging the figures.
Any thoughts, tips, or restoration experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
