Down to 14% body fat and feel worse than before - body image help?

Are there any good therapists out there for gay body image? I’ve undergone a huge physical transformation over the past few years and lost about 70 pounds total. Recently I’ve been really focused on getting BF down and increasing muscle. I look a lot different, but I’m still not where I’d like to be.

Weirdly I feel worse now than I did when I was much bigger. Every torso I see that is leaner than mine just feels like a threat (which I know it isn’t), and reminder that I’m not there YET. It’s also getting hard to distinguish attraction from aspiration.

Anyone else going through a weight loss journey struggle with the same thing? What helped you get out of the funk?

TLDR - please help inspire me w fun plans for June

Howdy :) I’m turning 25 in June & have been fully out for a little over a year now, but still looking to build more queer community & friendships (beyond a DFMO or hookup, but always love those too lol).

I’ve never posted here but I rlly want to jump in headfirst this summer. Ive realized recently that a lot of the reason that I don’t feel like I have my footing in the gay community yet is because of my own isolation and fear of putting myself out there.

Instead of overthinking for another year, I really want to challenge myself to be braver, kinder, and actually show up for new experiences & new people.

All that said, with June being my bday month (and pride duh) I really want to try and fill it with “30 days of mostly-queer joy.”

What can I not miss out on this June? What should I get tickets for now?

I love a good dance floor always (Nowadays/Basement favorite venues) and could use a little help there since pride is a different beast lol. BUT also want to have a good mix of party/sex/wholesome if that makes sense? Never got into the group sex scene but kinda want to start.

I also love cooking/baking, music (both listening and playing), going to the gym, going to the movies, hiking, reading, trying new spots in the city. I have a lot of hobbies but trying to make them more social (just cannot get into running or team sports). I have a corporate job, so limited to evenings/weekends for the most part but anything else is kinda fair game.

Would especially love extra any ideas that are okay to do solo, but easy to meet new people.

Trying to make this an awesome summer after being locked in this winter, appreciate any suggestions bros.
