I want to buy a coffin for a coffee table.

I want to buy a coffin for a coffee table.

So my ethical dilemma is: Is it inappropriate to just buy the real thing?

I’m feeling conflicted. I really like the idea of a coffin table that looks like a coffin. Originally I thought I might build one but I just happened to find a coffin retailer in my area that has almost exactly what I want (Also found some online). They are actually cheaper than an actual coffee table and well I have ADHD and already have so many projects that are 90% incomplete. Also the pro of the real thing is I would be able to use it for blanket storage or valuables. I was originally planning on a large storage ottoman

I have done a lot of after life care working in healthcare and have a lot of respect for death but I also don’t come from a culture that does funerals, coffins (we just do a pine box, cremation and celebration of life)

Struggling with safe foods

So I used to be the type of person who would eat the same food for 6months + then get sick of it and find another food. But lately I can’t find any foods that feel safe and stay safe. If I can find something that I am willing to eat it doesn’t even last 2 weeks before I get grossed out by it. I feel like I am constantly trying new meal ideas, take a few bites and can’t force myself to eat anything, even things tat I always love like fruit aren’t appealing.

Does anyone else struggle with this? Do you have any tips on how to deal with this?
