I just noticed this feature today. You can use AI to scan a weight stack and it will auto populate into your exercise. This should help folks that have wonky weights stacks. A single step instead of creating separate ranges. Very cool!

To be fair … I’m not good at noticing things. So maybe it’s been around for a while.

I know some folks think the exercise notes can be overkill, but, my god, I love them.

I've been doing Seated Tricep Dip for many years. It's an automatic habit that I flip the handles to the outermost position.

I just looked at the notes today and saw "position the handles inward unless your thighs restrict the range of motion."

I thought: Nonsense - that's not what I do.

But then I kept reading. "The closer setting facilitates a greater degree of elbow tuck, which is typically desirable when striving to emphasize the triceps and/or the front delts to a greater degree than the pec major."

So simple and obvious. I should've always been doing that. But I didn't.

So just a reminder that there's a lot of gold in the notes. And it may be worth your time to review them and compare to how you normally do an exercise.
