Really wanna wear a specific outfit but I think it’s too cold I’m not sure if I should bring a set to change (inconvenient and extra bag is ugly) or just brave the cold.

I have a bad complicated relationship with her since childhood. How do I fix this, understand this is some deep seated fear issue but still, anyone have remedies?

Frequency - about once a month for 4 years
