Yale 10% V.S. Brown 16% (REA/ED)

ALL THINGS THE SAME, (affordability, etc), the comparison is: Better School(yale) v.s. Better Odds(brown)

in pure strategic choice, which one would you choose? Yale is genueinly the better school, but brown has better odds.

I know some may say "pick the school you want to genuienly attend!" - while true, and it is important - I am asking in terms of career wise, with big picture in mind - in pure strategic setting.

And for your selected choice, at what percentage discrepancy would sway your vote for the other? 10% difference? 5%? 7%?

How is Yale for quant trading?

Specifically, Yale undergrad. It’s traditionally a heavy humanities school - but I heard it has been aggressively growing its stem departments. What’s Yales reputation in quant?

Ideal Candidate Profile of Brown?

What do you guys think is the ideal candidate profile for brown University?

like for example, Dartmouth is a research-heavy candidate - Stanford likes quirky, one-thing-obsessed candidates.

what about brown?
