I want.to.close my.claim but the work coach left a message in journal saying denied ? Why is this ? I am not under any review etc can I just stop attending and ignore till they close? I am closing due to just wanting too I dont need the stress and have health issues

I wish to close my claim and did it via the portal the work replied back saying I cant close it due to me suppose to be starting the Restart program today. I wont be attending it and I wish the claim to end what should I do ?
