when trying to add this switch it keeps trying to add as matter which does not connect. what am I doing wrong. I reset switch by pushing top button 10 times then got aqara app and click add accessory and scan code then it brings up to connect matter device
I installed two of these to work with 3 way switches. I am unable to get either switch to connect to either Apple home kit or Aqara app. Tried zigbee and thread. No luck. I have an Apple 4k home hub and also a M3 Aqara hub. I have several H2 US two button two channels installed and a doorbell, G5 camera hub, and 4 U400 locks. All work properly. Any help would be appreciated.

I have several products light switches, doorbell 410, u400 locks, g5 camera hub. Apple home set up with new 4k Apple TV as hubs. Is it beneficial to also add devices to the Aqara hubs that I have. I can see all devices in each app but not all devices are tied to an Aqara hubs
