So I am 15 y/o and this is my first reddit post and i really wanted your opinion on me joining cricket. I am currently in 10th grade and not fully 15.

So I have been interested in cricket since childhood and was a good bowler and was going to join an academy in 2020 but couldn't due to lockdown and then almost left cricket still played sometimes after 2021. Even after playing only a few times after 2021 my bowling is still good.

It was about the end of last year i started showing interest again and I told my parents last month and my father told me that he would support me but only after 10th.

But my grades started dropping in 10th and my parents are really concerned about them.

Another reason is because my family is lower middle class and i don't know what to do.
