Anyone know what specifically this is?

I have a 93' 240 with a dual cam. Been trying to diagnose rough rpm issues, found this tube closed (probably a bad DIY from the last owner). Felt it yesterday when working on the car, and air is still blowing out of the pipe even with it being squeezed, guessing this could be one of the reasons for the rpms bouncing everywhere. Anyone knows what specifically it is, and what size plug i need to delete this completely?

Any idea what can be causing this?

Car starts to buffer/lose power on acceleration after around an hour to 1.5 of driving. When i turn off the car and turn it back on it resets and drives like normal for a couple of miles and then goes back to buffering. Not sure if its more of a fuel problem or intake problem. Let me know some things to check if this has happened to you guys.

Left taillight is dim? Any ideas where i should start from?

My driver side taillight is dim when on, brake light works, the bulb has been switched already. Did it get shorted out somewhere ? Let me know where i should start looking from.

Ive made a lot of progress on the size of the chalazion, but now its just really pink. I dont know of its empty (idk how to know) or when to stop warm compress. It started scabbing but i was able to wipe it off after doing steaming and wiping with tea tree oil wipes. Has anyone been to this point with their chalazion? How much longer will it be like this ?
