Is anyone else having issues with spectrum Wi-Fi ? For past few days it’s been going on and off multiple times a day , I live by MLK park ?

Why is The Rat on Polaris so extremely hard out of no where , all the other bosses leading up to this ain’t nothing compared to what he smacks you with, like Daym😩

I have dark pact but it costs 1 pip , I’ve looked it up online how to get dark tribute and it says talk to Eryk in grizzlehiem and do his quest I did and it only gave me dark pact , but I want dark tribute cause it apparently cost 0 pips , does someone know what I’m doing wrong ?
