if we take a look at how the market works we know that institutions dont buy all at once they buy only at the bottom and we see large spikes like 10-20% up in the after market all the time almost every 2 weeks when we are at lows.
and then they anounce lets say almost every 2 quartars someone bought a big chunk over a while ago and this has been going for over a year when they anounce we get a big run then we are back to lows so i think institutions are getteing ready while retail are just fucking with eachother and trading emotionaly , tell me what you think.

i somked a fat joint and went to sleep and in my dream atch went to 1.5 and i sold at 1 should i buy more or am i dumb? iv ben holding atch for about a year 26k shares at 0.3 avg last time i did this i hit intel and nok intel at 20.48 and nok at 4.03 but intc and nok were a real investment not a lottery ticket like atch
