URGENT HELP,Can I go to physical reporting or not ?

While filling the mbm form this pop up appeared which said you should not do physical reporting until your online reporting is done for upward round 2 and upward 2 result came on 8 aug and i uploaded the documents that same day and the status is still pending so idk what to do, I am gonna go for physical reporting Tommorow is it alright? 🙏🙏
