URGENT: Need a top immigration attorney in Dallas — I-485 RFE alleging misrepresentation / I-601 waiver

Hi everyone,

I'm urgently looking for a highly experienced immigration attorney in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who handles complex marriage-based adjustment-of-status cases.

I recently received an RFE after waiting over six months following my green card interview. USCIS is alleging material misrepresentation on previous visa applications and requesting an I-601 waiver.

I need an attorney who has successfully handled INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i) cases, can evaluate whether the allegations can be challenged, and has strong experience preparing extreme-hardship waivers.

Not looking for a general immigration lawyer — I need someone experienced with this specific issue.

If you've personally dealt with something similar, please share who represented you and how your case turned out.

I'm ready to book a consultation ASAP. Thank you

Dallas/Irving timelines

Has anyone here who had their interview between March and May still waiting for approval?
Has your I-130 been approved yet? What about your I-765?
The waiting can be really **stressful** sometimes. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation.
