These models are such a blast to paint! The staff arm was made by liberating the staff from it's original right hand and grafting it in place of a sword in a left hand. I thought the out of the box pose was too stiff. Eldar are crazy agile and Corsairs are so free that I wanted more movement and energy to come from the Seer.

I realize as a 1000+ year old space wizard there's an elegance in just melting the mind of some lower species and moving on. But shooting eldritch energy around and finishing them with a spinning blow of your staff is much more memorable to recant over drinks later.

This came together much faster than I thought it would. Really loving how it came out though. I decided to make my Corsair Band's symbol and try some free handing. It's fine, but I'll get better at it as I paint it on banners and such. Going to call these folks either the Nebula Chasers or Twilight Chasers. I feel like either sounds fun and evokes their very colorful armor and personas. Let me know what you think!

Next up is the Voidreavers and then Kharseth to complete the Combat Patrol. After that will be either a kitbashed Archon as my Prince or Lhykis with a small twist. Haven't decided yet.

Finally got some time today to finish the other 4 to complete my first Eldar unit. Really having a lot of fun with the paint pallet. Gonna finish the Wave Serpent next I think. Let me know what you think!
