How much notice to give?

Superintendent at a Heavy Civil company in the $125mil range, usually running 3-5 smaller jobs at a time

I am planning a move to another company due to relocating across the state, how much notice do I give? I know 2 weeks is standard but I was thinking to give a month to help them train my replacement.

They have been very good to me although they tend to take it personally when people quit so I am slightly concerned I may potentially get burned if I give one month

Thank you all in advance, I love this sub and all of your advice always helps me a ton

Have a customer that wants me to address this, but I’m worried there’s a much bigger issue underneath like moisture causing the subfloor to move. It’s buckling up (yellow part is the top) and the grout is cracking and chipping, has anyone dealt with this before?
