Brooks and Hokas hurt me. Are there barefoot shoes designed for walking on concrete all day?

I’m really done with the maximalist sneakers. Hoka Cliftons hurt the top of my foot and Brooks Glycerin Max made me feel like I had PF. Both squished my toes. The problem is, I walk on concrete all day and have joint / pain issues.

Are there barefoot shoes that have padding for standing long periods / walking on concrete? Or does that defeat the whole purpose? I’m tired of buying shoes that either squish my toes and give me blisters or are wide and slip off my foot entirely.

Reputable pattern for this dress?

Sweetheart neckline, drop waist, fit and flare dress. I have moderate sewing experience but rarely have used patterns. I usually try my luck with Etsy but it’s hard to sort through the AI patterns these days
