FIAT Topolino launched in the US two weeks ago. Someone already got one to 51 mph
The US-spec FIAT Topolino is limited to around 19 mph from the factory.
Apparently, that wasn't going to last very long in America.
Only about two weeks after US sales started, an aftermarket module is already being sold that bypasses the speed limiter - and they've reportedly pushed the little Topolino to 51 mph.
Because apparently 19 mph is a perfectly reasonable speed... until you sell it to Americans.
I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly the aftermarket showed up for this thing.
Would you drive a Topolino at 51 mph?
