I don't think it's mentioned in the main series or Rebellion, and was a bit curious
For me:
Homura - She places a lot of importance in names.
In the earlier timelines, she seems to only use the last names of everyone + 'san' --- except during the last moments of the third timeline where she finally refers to Madoka by her first name. She seems shocked by Madoka calling her 'Homura' instead of 'Akemi' in the first timeline, and seemingly attaches a lot of worth to Madoka saying 'you just need to grow cool to fit your name!'. In later timelines, she constantly refers to everyone by their full names --- indicating her detachment from them, except for Madoka whom she immediately offers the permission to use her first name instead.
Kyoko - She places a lot of importance in food.
She is constantly snacking or has food every time we see her not in her magical girl form. She offers them as peace offerings, and when she trusts the person (Homura in Rebellion / Sayaka during church scene) throws them since she knows the other person will catch it. It's probably a given at this point, but she likely hasn't had a proper meal in ages --- and seems to only eat fast food or fruit.
