I have a race on four stroke kart next month but I've not done much karting also I also want to know about what's neutral steer when to use it do we need to use it all the time? Or sometimes we can rely on the steering wheel as well and if we need to apply sometimes then at what times do I need to use neutral steer and when to use steering only
