Does anybody experience when you turn on color paper mode and go to google photos it turns off? I'm using the TCL nxtpaper 70 pro

I'm doing an early upgrade but it says on the policy no physical damage, is a small scratch on the screen physical damage?

I am thinking of getting a tcl nxtpaper 70 pro my question is how is the app switching and multitasking does it slow down?
