They need to stop allowing customers to change the time/date.

They need to stop allowing customers to change the time/date.

Today I received a task and accepted it because because the client stated they needed help moving at 430. Right when I accept about 30 minutes later they change the time to 830 AM. My schedule is blocked from Mon-Fri up until 4 PM. I dont understand how the customer can reschedule a task for 8 am on a weekday where clearly I am not showing availability. I told the customer yeah my schedule doesn't allow you to book until 4 but somehow after accepting the task im assuming that goes out the window. I told task rabbit they need to get rid of that because worst case scenario clients will request same day and just change the date and cancel to avoid a cancelation fee. Now this wasnt same day , but clients should not have the ability to change a time after I accepted a task. They should be able to send in a request for me to change the time/date but not flat out change everything on their end. That's just wrong on all levels. Im not so much mad at the customer, im mad at the fact that task rabbit even allows you to do that.

Customer Requests are killing me

If a customer request me at a certain time and ask me if I can come earlier , I am going to scream! Happened to me twice in one week. These cancelations are really adding up. Already missed a same day task request while I was in the middle of doing another task last week. The last one was on me, but stop sending request and trying to get me to come at a time that I am not available. It's irking!!

Satisfactory ratings are a freaking joke

So allegedly charging too much for a job category is a thing to complain about now? So why even hire a tasker if your going to complain about the price?

plus the only time I recall being late to a task is when a client booked me for a later time then asked if I could come earlier. I told her I would come whenever I am done with the customer before her. I made it to the time she scheduled but she desperately wanted me to come before that time. other than that I dont recall being late to a task. This bull crap needs to work both ways. if they do this then we need to review our customers as well.

When a client schedules for a time then asks if you can come earlier. Those times that are available are available for a reason. Whats even worse is, if you deny it you get penalized for it
