18M / 6'0" / 79kg -> 89kg | Chest Fat vs. Gynecomastia Advice Needed (Details Inside)
Hey everyone,
I’m an 18-year-old guy, 6'0" (183 cm), and I currently weigh 79kg. Over the last 5 months , I’ve successfully dropped down from my starting weight of 89kg by maintaining a diet and calorie deficit and staying active with sports.
While I’m happy with the weight loss, I estimate my current body fat percentage is still on the higher side—around 25%. My main concern right now is my chest area. I’m having trouble figuring out if what I’m dealing with is just stubborn chest fat or actual "man boobs" (gynecomastia).
Timeline: I have been training/dieting for 5 months.
Current Routine: I do regular sports activity [4 days a week] and home workout.
Calories/Macros: I am currently eating around 1600 calories a day. I try to focus on eating clean home-cooked food.
Goals: My current goal is to lower my body fat percentage further, build muscle to fill out my frame, and specifically lean out my chest area.
