Long story short, wife brought her 2020 EXL in for a complimentary oil change. A week goes by and I realize the wet spots in the driveway aren't evaporating. I look under the car and its soaked in oil. The dealership instructs me to drive it in. No way! I check the filter and its about 3.5 turns from snug. They send a flatbed, tow it and drop it back off in 3 hours. No apologies, no nothing, just re-changed the oil and said there is no damage. What did I just experience?!
