Hello! I have my first Minolta on the way and I wanted to get the best Minolta 135mm lens I can afford. With the 50mm it was easy to find info on which models/generation were best and how to tell the different generations apart visually. But I can’t find as definitive of info for the 135mm. From what I can tell (and from inferring based on the 50mm lens consensus) the Minolta MC Tele Rokkor-PF 135mm f/2.8 seems to be best. But I don’t know for sure and I’m not sure which generation of it is best (there seem to be multiple generations like with the MC Rokkor-PG for the 50mm.)
Any help would be greatly appreciate, thanks!
