Houston High rises????

Background: I’m 25 and a recent LPN graduate planning to move back to Houston after finishing nursing school. I actually lived in Houston for three years before moving away to pursue my education, so I’m excited to finally come back!
I really want the high-rise experience even if it’s just a studio with a nice view overlooking the city, but I also don’t want my rent to have me struggling every month. I’ve been looking at SkyHouse, and I’m definitely starting to get convinced.
For anyone familiar with Houston, what high-rises or apartments would you recommend that give you that city-view/luxury feel without completely breaking the bank?
I’m also looking for work as I make the transition. For anyone in healthcare, especially LPNs, what is the job market like in Houston right now for a new graduate? I’m open to different settings and would love any recommendations on places to apply or advice on getting my foot in the door.
Any advice on apartments, neighborhoods, jobs, or just making the move back to Houston would be appreciated!
