i got saveetha engineering college for my rank 24246 in round 1 counselling,
im okay with it and i also prefer to get colleges above in my choices, so i can choose 'accept and move to upward', pay fee to tfc centre and wait till 3rd aug, what if i dont get any upward college, does my seat in saveetha wll stiill be there with same amount of fee? pls clarify anyone

saveetha seems to be a very tech college with fexi learn and things, does it really offer that good of a placement? even for aiml course?

i got 178 cutoff, oc category
with the predictions of cutoff reduction for colleges ive decided my top colleges as
sairam or
srm valliamai or
sona Salem
cse (aiml) or cse(cyber security)
but if it increases my worst case would be velammal chennai and rmk
so my questions are is rmk and velammal good?
considering placements strictness, allowance of phones laptop inside campus ,dress code (i wanna avoid colleges like st joseph panimalar) so i have doubts with rmk, is it as strict as those colleges mentioned
or worst case can i go with sairam / rec management quota(to avoid those strict rules)
if i have to go mq then i would have to book the seat this week right?

i don't want st joseph or any other jpr's cuz as they say abt its strictness
and sairam ive heard they are changing so i took it in option
pls do suggest some other colleges with good placement and exposures pls and is going to clgs like rec in management is a good decision or not
