Walmart's New Vizpick Nightmare

OK, Canadian associate here. Who else despises the new vizpick system? That is, where all full boxes now do not go above the product on the floor, but to the backroom? And if a part box can fit on the shelf, you stock it and the rest of said box is opened up loose and put on the top stock shelf with the UPC facing out? Does head office not know how dusty the shelves get in a month? We are now putting loose towels, sheets, and blankets in the top stock? And we can't even put a second product above the first? I sense an incoming nightmare at Christmas time. Our receiving area is only so big! But yeah, let's fill it up with skid upon skid of boxes, that'll help us find items for customers! You know that they'll say, "It says you have 6 in stock," and yeah, maybe we do, but we'll have 8 skids of product, so.......Clearly head office has no concept of how this will (not) work.

And don't even get me started on the crappy app that makes us go between inventory management and me@walmart to get things done.
