Posting for collectors and other people who are fans of old anime. Still shocked at the number of Lupin III films that are out of print.

So I usually look at the anime for references for the CH fanfics I write to make sure the details match and ever since I started doing it I ruminate on the interiors of Ryo’s apartment because omg, what was he thinking? You‘ll often see guitar cases and amps here and there, especially in his room but never see him play it, though the second ending for season two does make a reference to guitars. I can understand THOSE choices but the skis (not seen here) and the frigging surfboard???

It makes me think that maybe he wanted a cool beach vibe what with the balls in rope and all but the skis kind of clash with that theme don‘t they?

Other things of note that keep my noggin jogging:

-the fireplace which I don’t think has been used

-the metal barrels

-neat little dart board that has been used for at least a couple of bits, like in the episode with the older man’s daughter in season one

-that fuckass picture that looks like an ass. You guys see it too right. Do you think Ryo saw the faint resemblance to one at a yard sale, thought “Mokkori!!!!!” and decided to hang it up on his wall only to regret it later because idk that would be very funny

So in the dream I had before I woke up, I was flipping through channels and I decided to watch Cartoon Network, only it was airing old CN cartoons like Teen Titans and was, for whatever reason, called YUNCARTOONN in the TV Guide. It was badly dubbed in English and for some reason had Russian and Chinese subtitle before it ended in a barrage of Google Translate text.

And then that’s where things got weirder. A bunch of guys and at least one girl were all dressed up in this medieval dungeon set advertising a Tomar Pizza. It barely looked anything like him and the “beard” was just represented by burnt bubbly cheese. There was also a single slice of pizza not like the others in the middle, which made it look…surreal?

Every now and then their clothes would alternate from DMC cosplay to whatever they saw on the Hot Topic clearance rack. They then tell you that they would hurt you if you don’t buy the pizza and that they were selling it for $120.

So that begs the questio: would YOU eat Tomar Pizza for $120 if it looked like this???

Earlier this year, Wuwa had a Cat’s Eye collab and it got me thinking about potential CH collabs. Personally, I would love a Nikke or rhythm game collab, but I would like to hear what you guys think!
