Hi, I’m helping my brother pick a fragrance for his girlfriend. I am a complete beginner and don’t really know much about perfumes so I thought I’ll ask here.

If you had a budget of around 5-6k what would your pick be? Is something possible in this budget? Something bright, fresh and sophisticated but not sweet or artificial. This is for the humid Mumbai weather so something that won’t completely disappear.
